EN: Hypercholesterolemia; Familial hypercholesterolemia
JA: ○高コレステロール血症
○家族性高コレステロール血症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Hypercholesterolemia: Usual adult dose is 10mg of atorvastatin orally once daily. Dose may be adjusted according to age and condition; may be increased up to 20mg/day in severe cases.
Familial hypercholesterolemia: Usual adult dose is 10mg of atorvastatin orally once daily. Dose may be adjusted according to age and condition; may be increased up to 40mg/day in severe cases.
JA: 〈高コレステロール血症〉通常、成人にはアトルバスタチンとして10mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、重症の場合は1日20mgまで増量できる。
〈家族性高コレステロール血症〉通常、成人にはアトルバスタチンとして10mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、重症の場合は1日40mgまで増量できる。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: ①Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; ②Patients with decreased hepatic metabolic function (e.g., acute hepatitis, acute exacerbation of chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, jaundice); ③Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, or breastfeeding women; ④Patients receiving glecaprevir/pibrentasvir
JA: ①本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、②急性肝炎・慢性肝炎の急性増悪・肝硬変・肝癌・黄疸等の肝代謝能が低下していると考えられる患者、③妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性及び授乳婦、④グレカプレビル・ピブレンタスビルを投与中の患者
