Indications / 効能効果

EN: Cancer cachexia in the following malignancies: non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer
JA: 下記の悪性腫瘍におけるがん悪液質
非小細胞肺癌、胃癌、膵癌、大腸癌

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 100mg of anamorelin hydrochloride administered orally once daily on an empty stomach.
JA: 通常、成人にはアナモレリン塩酸塩として100mgを1日1回、空腹時に経口投与する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients with congestive heart failure; patients with myocardial infarction or angina pectoris; patients with severe conduction system disorders (e.g., complete atrioventricular block); patients receiving clarithromycin, itraconazole, voriconazole, ritonavir-containing products, cobicistat-containing products, ensitrelvir fumarate, or ceritinib; patients with moderate or severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class B or C); patients with difficulty in oral food intake due to gastrointestinal obstruction or other organic gastrointestinal abnormalities
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、うっ血性心不全のある患者、心筋梗塞又は狭心症のある患者、高度の刺激伝導系障害（完全房室ブロック等）のある患者、クラリスロマイシン・イトラコナゾール・ボリコナゾール・リトナビル含有製剤・コビシスタット含有製剤・エンシトレルビル フマル酸・セリチニブを投与中の患者、中等度以上の肝機能障害（Child-Pugh分類B及びC）のある患者、消化管閉塞等による食事の経口摂取が困難な患者
