EN: Myasthenia gravis
JA: 重症筋無力症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usually, administer 15mg of ambenonium chloride per day orally in 3 divided doses for adults. Dosage may be adjusted according to symptoms.
JA: アンベノニウム塩化物として、通常成人1日15mgを3回に分割経口投与する。なお、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: 1) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product 2) Patients with organic obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract or urinary tract 3) Patients with vagotonia 4) Patients receiving depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents (succinylcholine chloride hydrate)
JA: 1) 本剤の成分に過敏症の既往歴のある患者 2) 消化管又は尿路の器質的閉塞のある患者 3) 迷走神経緊張症の患者 4) 脱分極性筋弛緩剤（スキサメトニウム塩化物水和物）を投与中の患者
