Indications / 効能効果

EN: Parkinsonism; Improvement of decreased motivation and spontaneity associated with sequelae of cerebral infarction; Influenza A virus infection
JA: ○パーキンソン症候群
○脳梗塞後遺症に伴う意欲・自発性低下の改善
○A型インフルエンザウイルス感染症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Parkinsonism: Usual adult initial dose is 100mg/day orally in 1-2 divided doses; after 1 week, increase to maintenance dose of 200mg/day in 2 divided doses. May be adjusted according to symptoms and age, up to a maximum of 300mg/day in 3 divided doses. Sequelae of cerebral infarction (decreased motivation/spontaneity): Usual adult dose is 100-150mg/day orally in 2-3 divided doses, adjusted as appropriate. Influenza A virus infection: Usual adult dose is 100mg/day orally in 1-2 divided doses, adjusted as appropriate. Maximum dose is 100mg/day for elderly patients and patients with renal impairment.
JA: 〈パーキンソン症候群〉通常、成人にはアマンタジン塩酸塩として初期量1日100mgを1～2回に分割経口投与し、1週間後に維持量として1日200mgを2回に分割経口投与する。なお、症状、年齢に応じて適宜増減できるが、1日300mg 3回分割経口投与までとする。
〈脳梗塞後遺症に伴う意欲・自発性低下の改善〉通常、成人にはアマンタジン塩酸塩として1日100～150mgを2～3回に分割経口投与する。なお、症状、年齢に応じて適宜増減する。
〈A型インフルエンザウイルス感染症〉通常、成人にはアマンタジン塩酸塩として1日100mgを1～2回に分割経口投与する。なお、症状、年齢に応じて適宜増減する。ただし、高齢者及び腎障害のある患者では投与量の上限を1日100mgとすること。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with severe renal impairment requiring dialysis; Pregnant women, women of childbearing potential, and nursing mothers; Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 2.1 透析を必要とするような重篤な腎障害のある患者
2.2 妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性及び授乳婦
2.3 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
