Indications / 効能効果

EN: Antipyresis and analgesia in pediatric patients
JA: 小児科領域における解熱・鎮痛

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: For infants, toddlers, and children: insert 10–15mg per kg body weight per dose rectally. Dosing interval should be at least 4–6 hours; maximum daily dose is 60mg/kg. Adjust dose according to age and symptoms. Do not exceed the adult dose.
JA: 通常、乳児、幼児及び小児にはアセトアミノフェンとして、体重1kgあたり1回10～15mgを直腸内に挿入する。投与間隔は4～6時間以上とし、1日総量として60mg/kgを限度とする。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。ただし、成人の用量を超えない。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with severe hepatic impairment; patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 重篤な肝機能障害のある患者、本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
